  the owner should looking affter this business, sevice staff very very bad, every time i try make some order, the staff answer was very rude, and dont want to do the job, owner of business should looking after there business.

  Ordered a pizza tonight and was amazed at how incompetent these people are. We placed our order at 09:30 online and followed it on the order tracker, 20 minutes later it said our pizza had been delivered.
  
  After this we waited another 20 minutes and then called the shop, the person on the phone gave us the usual 'it's on the Way' response. After another 20 minutes we called again and whilst on the phone the pizza arrived. We opened the box and the pizza had all fallen to one side of the box into a folder mess, i called the shop for the third time and they told me that they would send another out within 15 minutes. We waited 45 minutes and called again only to be told the delivery driver was still out.
  
  I asked for a full refund and was told this would be posted through the letterbox.
  
  My wife is pregnant, ended up having some toast and went to bed. I sat up until 1am watching TV and our refund still hadn't arrived.
  
  I'll be calling in the morning to demand a refund and have reported the shop to their head office. The staff at this franchise just come across like they really don't care about their customers. This is the last time i order a pizza from Ponte Domino's. The service is absolutely shocking.
